The kit
Horse Neb is a medication delivery device. Use it only with medication prescribed by your veterinarian and follow your vet's instructions.
The kit is a sealed mask, ultrasonic nebuliser, cups, oxygen regulator and carry case. It does not include medication. We do not give medication or dosing advice.
Price and payment
The kit is A$1,299.00 including GST. Free shipping. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Afterpay through Stripe, or by PayID or bank transfer. A contract is made when we confirm your order by email. For PayID and bank transfer orders, we hold the order for 3 days and dispatch once payment clears. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 3 days. Card numbers are taken by Stripe. We do not store them.
Afterpay, where offered, is 4 payments of A$324.75 for the kit price.
Shipping
We ship from Victoria. Card and Afterpay orders ship on the next business day. PayID and bank transfer orders ship once payment clears. We currently ship within Australia only. Risk in the kit passes to you when the carrier delivers it. Title passes when we receive payment in full.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. See Returns and warranty for how to contact us if the kit has a problem.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
