What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address, plus the quantity, payment method and order status. The contact form collects your name, email and message, and sends them to hello@horseneb.com.au. The cart stays in this browser until you place an order.
Payment
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay are taken by Stripe. We do not store your card number. PayID and bank transfer use the details shown at checkout and on your order confirmation.
Who we share it with
We share delivery details with the carrier who ships your kit. We do not sell your details. We keep order emails for as long as we need them for the sale, warranty questions and tax records.
Asking about your details
Email hello@horseneb.com.au if you want a copy of the order details we hold, or if you want us to correct them. We will tell you if a legal duty means we have to keep some of it.
Complaints
Complaints can be made to us at hello@horseneb.com.au, and if unresolved to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
